Whirlwind!

It's been a crazy past week or so around these parts - we're working on the house contract and negotiations, had a lovely trip to Madison, WI (without Nova! We survived...), and Nova finally got to meet her Great Grandma Clarice and her Great Aunt Chelley.

+Meeting the Fam
Great Grandma Clarice and Aunt Chelley finally made it in town from Nebraska - we've had several planned trips thwarted by the weather or illness - and it was a great time!

All the blondies!

Kisses for Great Grandma!

+Then, we had to get our good time in with the Nov before our big trip. Daddy Drew took the day off Wednesday and we got some chores done and hung out with the babe.

And someday, Nova will be so angry with me for posting this, but I can't help it:

POOPING FACE!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAH

Then on Thursday morning, Nana Nea picked Nova up and Mom and Dad started the 8 hour drive to lovely Madison, Wisconsin for the wedding!

Meanwhile, Nana Nea and Grandma Deb kept us updated with the goings-on back at home:

Madison was gorgeous!

And the wedding was even more gorgeous. It was at a botanical garden. Check out the beautiful wedding party:

Katie, the lovely bride

Joel, the groom, and Daddy Drew - handsome men!

And then of course, some silly shots:

The reception was incredible - a three hour cruise around Lake Monona.

Toast to the newlyweds!
